We recommend identifying your undertone first — cool, warm, or neutral. Our shade guide on each product page can help, or email us a photo in natural light and our beauty team will suggest the best match for you.
How long do your products last once opened?
Most of our products have a shelf life of 12–24 months after opening, indicated by the PAO (Period After Opening) symbol on the packaging. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight for best results.
Are Gracelade products cruelty-free and vegan?
All our products are 100% cruelty-free — never tested on animals at any stage. Many products in our range are also vegan; look for the vegan label on individual product pages for confirmation.
Can I use your makeup if I wear contact lenses?
