Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Gracelade website or placing an order. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
1. Scope of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Gracelade website located at www.gracelade.com (the "Site") and any purchase of products or services offered through the Site.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Gracelade ("we", "us", or "our") and you, the customer or visitor ("you" or "your").
To use our Site and place orders, you must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
2. Products & Services
We offer beauty and cosmetics products as described on the Site. All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free, complete, or current. Images are for illustrative purposes and may not exactly represent the final product.
Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. If a product you have ordered becomes unavailable, we will notify you and offer a refund or suitable alternative.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on the Site are in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before you complete your order. Shipping charges apply to all orders unless a free shipping promotion is active and applicable.
We accept the following payment methods: major credit and debit cards, and other methods displayed at checkout. Payment is collected at the time of order placement. All transactions are processed securely. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment cannot be verified or is declined.
4. Ordering Process
To place an order, add items to your cart and proceed through the checkout process. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully submitted. A binding contract between you and Gracelade is formed upon our sending of an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund.
5. Complaints & Warranties
If you have a complaint about a product or your order, please contact us at getinfo@gracelade.com. We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 business days.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or non-conforming product, you are entitled to a remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Depending on the nature of the issue, we will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund at our discretion.
To initiate a warranty or defect claim, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs where applicable. We may request the return of the defective item before processing a remedy.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
Where applicable under local consumer protection laws, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within a specified cooling-off period (typically 14 days from the date of delivery) without providing a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us at getinfo@gracelade.com before the cooling-off period expires. Products must be returned in their original, unused, and unopened condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we have agreed otherwise.
Please note that the right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products, including sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once opened (e.g., cosmetics and skincare products that have been unsealed). We will clearly indicate where this exception applies.
Refunds for valid withdrawal requests will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier.
7. User Obligations
By using our Site, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.
- Use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Refrain from any fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity, including but not limited to unauthorized access, scraping, or misuse of our systems.

9. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gracelade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, government actions, strikes, or disruptions to telecommunications or logistics networks ("Force Majeure Events"). In such cases, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and resume performance as soon as the Force Majeure Event ceases.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may also seek resolution through applicable alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms available in your jurisdiction, including consumer mediation or arbitration services.
Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Romania, in accordance with the Governing Law section below.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. As Gracelade is incorporated and registered in Romania (Company Registration Number: 54935395), Romanian law applies to all contractual relationships arising from the use of this Site, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.
12. Geographic Restrictions & Restricted Territories
Our products and services are not available to individuals or entities located in, or ordinarily resident in, jurisdictions subject to applicable trade sanctions, export controls, or other legal restrictions imposed by the European Union, Romania, or other relevant international authorities.
This includes, but is not limited to, countries or regions subject to EU Council Regulations on restrictive measures, as well as any territories designated under applicable Romanian or international sanctions regimes.
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, or acting on behalf of any person or entity in, any such restricted territory. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders from restricted regions at our sole discretion and without liability.
